Beauty Bank Memberships Terms and Conditions
1. Savings Plan: Our Monthly Beauty Bank Membership is a savings plan that requires no deposit.
2. Contract: The memberships come with a 6-month minimum contract.
3. Auto-drafted Payments: Easy auto-drafted payments will be processed on the first day of each month.
4. Cancellation or Changes: If you want to cancel, upgrade, or downgrade services, give us at least 30 days’ notice.
5. Reactivation Fee: A non-refundable reactivation fee of $150 applies to re-enroll after cancellation.
6. Expiration of Unused Bank Dollars: Unused bank dollars expire 90 days after cancellation or membership expiration, and the balance will no longer be available.
7. Membership Pricing: Membership pricing is no longer valid after cancellation or membership expiration, and membership discounts cannot be combined with other office specials.
8. Changes in Prices and Benefits: Prices and membership benefits are subject to change at any time without notice.
9. Benefits: Membership benefits are non-transferable and can only be enjoyed by the registered member. Any attempt to share or transfer the benefits to another person or entity is strictly prohibited and may result in membership cancellation without a refund.
